Lady Gaga Meat Dress Hot Photos : Lady Gaga’s meat dress was put on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Thursday. The infamous meat dress was worn by Lady Gaga at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 12, 2010, when she accepted the Best Video of the Year Award for Bad Romance.
